Well the answer is quite disappointing,because many of those employee,who was kicked out by their employer are still looking for job or trying to manage some unwanted jobs,so they can deal with their family budget at least.

As far home loan,cash loan or credit loans are concerned,the answer is very hard but simple,that what ever you took from the banks you got to pay them back,because if you dont, they gonna wait for you for small period of time  and then start knocking off you door.

All banks hire recovery agent in native countries to recover their amounts and pay small part of that amount as commission to recovery agents.

Recovery agents does not deal the way bank people do,agent just send one or two notices by email/mail and then start looking for you and your home.

Most of the recovery agent come with harsh tones and try maximum to put pressure so they can get things done as soon as possible,but its never been simple.

Now lets talk about solution

The only solution is to deal with situation rather then hiding under own shadow and if you do they come harder on you each time,so better face them,talk to them,explain them and give a offer which is possible.

Yes that is right you got to make an offer to them,because they won't leave you door step without having convincing answer,so its better to arrange for some money from friend  or family and pay the initial installment which is usually 10% of the total amount and rest payment in small installments which should be acceptable for both parties.

The benefit of doing that is you gonna get your name out of exit control list and you can resume your job with ex. employer or with new one.they gonna give you letter stating all the conditions,you can present the same letter to immigration guys for clearance.

Conclusion

I will conclude simple way:dont run from loans,face the recovery agents and deal with them,because if you dont,it will only make things worst for you.
